Pizza perfect | Chicago Tribune

Here's a nice article about thin crust pizza, inspired by Italy and Pizzeria Bianco, with some tips for doing pizza at home, even if you don't have a home oven.

Before putting in our oven, I had great success with a pizza stone kit and my Webber gas grill. You just had to pre-heat the thing on high for a good hour to get the temperature up as high as possible.
