I can relate to how John feels about "real" pizza:

Cangemi was so obsessed with the pizza that he built his own wood-fired pizza oven in his backyard, off Howell Road. The oven was completed about three and a half years ago and took him around four months to build.
Another pizza obsessed crazy who builds his own oven :-) I'm impressed that he could actually build it himself (I had to hire people) and that he could do the design and tile work himself.
