No, You Can't Build a Wood Fire in Your Electric Oven

This came up through an automated Google alert I get on pizza ovens, this question from this site:

Is it safe to put wood in a regular oven to make wood oven pizza at home?

The short answer is no. Hell no. The longer answer includes a "duh." Can you believe that?

There are a number of longer answers on the site, including "go to a restaurant" and this:

NO!!!!
You HAVE to have proper ventilation for any type of smoke. When you burn wood it produces carbon monoxide, that will kill you and anyone else in the house. You have to have an oven with an exhaust incorporated into it before you could do that.

Common sense isn't that uncommon, is it?
