DFW Home Oven Owner Makes "Best of" List

Congrats to fellow home wood-burning oven owner Jay Jerrier. Jay is also a Forno Bravo oven owner in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and he was very helpful to me as I was investigating my own oven.

Jay ended up investing in a pizzeria and has a portable oven that he runs to full VPN standards.

Now he's getting some great recognition:

From the article:
Bet you didn't know damn fine pizza is available in Dallas. You didn't? Read on! While the Big D has a long way to go before it can imaginably secure a spot along side other pizza capitals like New York, Chicago and, obviously Naples, Il Cane Rosso Truck certainly helps the cause. Owner JayJerrier has been serving Neapolitan-style pies from his mobile pizza oven since March 2009. It's hard to go wrong with any of the classically made pies; however, the pie in the sky is the elaborate Capricciosa, composed of San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, prosciuotto cotto, artichokes, olives, mushrooms and basil.
Congrats to Jay!
